Made appointment as my doctor retired, had problems, sent email requesting another appointment sooner, no response after 2 days, Cancelled and will not go to this facility, When I cancelled appointment got email stating they had no earlier appointments, but yet the internet showed earlier dates. Never had this problem with old UH provider, Now I understand the comments I have been hearing about UH.

Been a patient of Theresa's for a few years, she's great! Everyone at the office is very nice and helpful. Never have to wait long, tend to be on time for appointments!
