I had blood drawn by Ricardo and it was truly the best experience! I was nervous and he reassured me that it will be quick and painless, and it was! In and out in probably five minutes. Ricardo is the best!
This woman who does ultrasounds should be FIRED! She was an absolute nightmare! From the time of asking for more water til the procedure was over. She should NOT be aloud to work in healthcare
So far, my experiences here have been very good. I think I have had to go here 4 times now and have yet to have a bad experience, misdiagnosis, problem with staff, problems with doctors. The place is gorgeous, its very inviting. I don't "dread" going to "the doctors" anymore when I go here. Now, other places??? Still some dread lol.
