Absolutely HORRIBLE. Don’t even APPLY. I HAVE to pay for a 2 bed if it’s just me and my wife with daughter? Ridiculous. Studio apartment is for one person? Ridiculous. Borderline scam.
Tonya Huff has been very helpful throughout my renting experience with UGO. When I needed to downsize, I first reached out to Tonya to see if I could stay with them and rent a smaller apartment. We booked a showing for one within days! She was very thorough in her tour and while it wasn’t quite what I was looking for, I greatly appreciated the time she took to show it!
Rented 10 years under UGO former UGO property management. Beautiful community but management could improve. They take there time responding to maintenance requests. The only concern they have is the money going in there pocket. Been here 10 years and during my last month they acted as though I didn't pay my rent yet I received a receipt acknowledging my rent was paid. Money Order receipts to prove as well. I lived at their downtown Hagerstown property for a year. Everything was brand new and the common areas were spotless (cleaned regularly). Maintenance staff and management were very fast responding to issues. The apartment was completely modern and updated. Great property!
