Edit: Business appears to have continued as usual and service was very good as expected. I hope to see consistency in subsequent visits after my pleasant experience last week.
Not sure if they were having a bad day or what but I travel a decent way (Ellenbrook) to get my haircut done here and have been doing so exclusively for the last 2 years. I rock up for my appointment only to be told then that my barber was unavailable and was asked whether I was contacted about it to which the answer was no and so that led me to being deflated and annoyed about the lack of communication.
