Now I know who to come to when I need a fresh haircut. Smitty is a really good y'all and I know I am coming back.
A business that cannot follow thru on refunds. Makes me wonder how they pay their employees. A business that does not honor refunds can not be a legit business. Also having an employee whose attitude is worse than a 2 yr old throwing a tantrum is just not good. There are much better places to go for a haircut.
