Do not use UGI Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Purchased a new system @ $13,300.00 in March 2021. Our system went out for the 4th time in 9 days. From the get go we have had problems. Also we have the service agreement through Homeserve. It is misleading because it says 24 hour repair Hotline. Actually they do not do repairs in middle of the night.....its misleading.
