I would rate this company 0 stars if there was an option. I literally called to get some information on environmental testing. The lady that answered the phone was so rude and demanding. She didn't even identify the company and demanded that I identify myself. After I asked her if I was calling the company, she then said I thought I identified myself and goes on as if she's answering the call again to say the company name and how she can help me. Unfortunately this company stiffed us on the bill. The owner Nancy Underwood signed a contract for advertising and then after the ad started running called to cancel and stopped all communication. Despite the fact she had signed a legal contract promising to pay for services rendered and refused to offer any communication or compensation for work provided.
We have been working with UGE & ECS, Inc when they was Underwood Loss Control, Inc. The President, Nancy Underwood, is highly educated, her employees educated are well trained and experience. She deliver ahead schedule, great Health & Safety programs with no lost work-day in the field on any of her projects. We enjoyed working with UGE & ECS, Inc. on their environmental projects.
