Good Experience Met with Brian Tigue to shop for a low mileage used SUV. In working up a "wish list" to find a vehicle Brian stated he had a new 2015 Suburban on the lot with what we were looking for which he could sell at a very reasonable price. He was knowledgeable on all aspects of the vehicle and was able to answer all questions. After the purchase he was able to educate us on all the features. Brian was great to work with.
Really fast Purchased a new truck right after the New Year. Came in after work and left with the deal closed, financing complete, etc. Tim Berlett and Uftring team know their product extremely well.
"No Pressure" We have purchased two vehicles from Brian Tigue in the last 4 months and were very pleased with his laid-back, no pressure way of doing business. On the last vehicle, we were in a rush to get the deal done before the first of the year and Brian was great at staying on top of things with timely emails and phone calls. Out Of State A great experience! Lee Kerr walked me through an easy process. No jerking me around, no hassles, just straight forward and Honest! I told him I would be doing some towing with this truck and he actually tried to talk me out of the sale. I called my mechanic who also advised me to be careful how much I tow. Bought another new vehicle from Uftring's I have had the fortune and pleasure to work with several different sales and support staff at Uftring's over the years. We started out looking for a GMC pick-up at another dealership. They did not have what we wanted. While in that town, we went to another Chevy dealership, that we have not dealt with before. Great People We just bought second vehicle in less than a year from Uftrings. Our first was a trade in for a 2015 Malibu and the seconds we traded our junk truck for a 2003 S10. The staff is always very welcoming and made you feel very welcome. We will definitely go back when/if we get the urge to trade.
