Usually really quick service. Only had 1 bad experience since 2017. Sad that Nate was promoted up from service because gave 100 percent quality service but glad that he has received positive recognition for great work ethic!
The body shop would not reschedule my truck to finish the repair work because they said they were short handed of employees. So I worked it in with the service shop when updating software on a safety recall.
We had several things done to our car but everything went well very satisfied with everything
They have a great corvette mechanic Brian who does excellent work! He’s the only one who has worked on my car!
Service was good. My loaner vehicle was a Chevy Silverado which was approximately the size of a house... I was very uncomfortable driving it, and getting up into the cab was an adventure for this hobbit. Please get more "regular" vehicles as loaners. Other than that, all good!
All staff is helpful, friendly, supportive, and kind. Full service for all vehicle needs, and wants.
Prompt and on time. Nice waiting area with drinks and snacks. Plenty of work space while you wait.
