Very friendly and accommodating. We've done business with Chris Rocke at the uftring nissan in Peoria IL since I think 2008. He has alway been amazingly friendly, personable, and very helpful.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a new Chevrolet to this dealership. They also do a good job of selecting excellent used cars for sale. I had a great experience with Jake and Ken as well as Dan. I feel like I got the best price I could on the car of my dreams.
They worked around my schedule. The end result looks great. I also appreciate the shuttle provided to and back from my home.
Always professional and quick but thorough they let me know what is going on every step of the way and explained the process and price explained there was a part that needed ordered and offered to get it painted also
The person that greeted me and wrote up my ticket was obnoxious and very "I'm really smarter than you." The job was done in good time and am satisfied with that. Just don't want to be treated like that when I arrive.
Close to my home. Provides good customer service. I love my car. Only thing that could have been better was a better price. Finance manager left out some important details when selling extended warranty. Like forgot to tell us it has a 250 deductible.
They had what we were looking for in stock and ready to go. The transaction was smooth and we are happy with our purchase.
