Must have been my lucky day. Got here on time (not early!) for an 11am appointment. In and out in an hour.
I was told to open Trl door and wait in the truck outside about after 10mins forklift driver came to me and got loaded in and out 1 hr I have really good experience here, nice people.
It takes forever to get loaded. They were "loading" me for almost two hours. And if you think you will save some time by strapping while you wait, wrong. They don't let you out of the truck till they are finished
If I could give zero stars I would . Takes them 1-2 hours just to get to next truck. They lazy af , move like snails on the forklift, walk like turtles on foot. 🦶
