It takes forever to get loaded. They were "loading" me for almost two hours. And if you think you will save some time by strapping while you wait, wrong. They don't let you out of the truck till they are finished
If I could give zero stars I would . Takes them 1-2 hours just to get to next truck. They lazy af , move like snails on the forklift, walk like turtles on foot. 🦶
I would rather for them not to unload me than to sit hrs waiting
Employees are nice, but it doesn’t seem like appointment times really mean anything. 3 hrs past my appointment time and still waiting. Yes, you’ll have to double park on the side of a busy road to untarp unless you do it before you get here.
2 1/2 hours after my appointment and still haven't been brought back
