36 years with UFCU. Thinking about moving my accounts to a bank. Six lanes, one car in each lane. NO ONE MOVED FOR TWELVE MINUTES! It took 23 minutes to make a deposit! Friday at 3pm. This is not the first time it's happened at this location. Something is wrong.
I have been a UFCU you member since 1993 and living in Mexico City since 1996. Someone here illegally used my ATM debit card, so the credit union bank canceled my card. Now I have no access to my own money. I am unable to pay for food, water and even cell phone service. Help!
