We have had the worst experience with this bank. We came to deposit cash at an ATM outside before we left town. It took all of our money, canceled the transaction and froze. We called everyone we possibly could, and no one helped us. Now we are stuck out here in Austin, TX with a toddler, no money, and nowhere to go. The customer service representatives were extremely rude (Shannon ID # 27646). I can't believe how awful their services are and how unhelpful they were through out this situation. they are completely incompetent. I have literally never had a decent interaction. my account was dormant and fraud occurrsd and they have no mechanism to address it over the phone.
