University Federal Credit Union let a foreign country steal all my money! Not once but twice! The second time UFCU is treating me like I am the scammer not the foreign country. Please share this! UFCU is working against Americans during the pandemic! How is that about people? Basically you are the problem and your lack of caring for your clients
We have had the worst experience with this bank. We came to deposit cash at an ATM outside before we left town. It took all of our money, canceled the transaction and froze. We called everyone we possibly could, and no one helped us. Now we are stuck out here in Austin, TX with a toddler, no money, and nowhere to go. this has been a nightmare for me and my family.. we depend on my check and when it's not in my Account on time it screws everything up I have already made up my mind I will not be banking with them any longer I'm done. you only get one chance with me
Why is there not a zero stars option? 1 star is too generous
I have been a UFCU you member since 1993 and living in Mexico City since 1996. Someone here illegally used my ATM debit card, so the credit union bank canceled my card. Now I have no access to my own money. I am unable to pay for food, water and even cell phone service. Help!
From the moment I opened my account, I've dealt with an astounding amount of incompetence from this institution at every conceivable level. Today, I was asked to guess the name of a teller (from a list) and their ethnicity, because apparently knowing the branch and the time of day was a little too sophisticated for their record keeping. I swear to christ it's like going to a bank from 'Idiocracy.'
