Despite some initial good experiences, I have to say it’s been rough working with them lately. It’s not UFCU’s fault, it’s more that my loan goes from them through a company called Midwest that they contract out to (I guess), which is very hard to work with. I have the mortgage on auto pay. I switched banks and worked with them over the phone to make sure the loan was back on autopay. Yet THREE different times I have gotten letters saying my mortgage was unpaid or I had unpaid fees, only to find out it was their fault. They ... read more
