Extremely disappointed with UFC Gym Midtown. On September 30, they charged my debit card for a membership that didn’t even exist in their system. After taking the money, the staff admitted there was no membership tier like that anymore. It’s now been almost a month, and I still haven’t received my money back. Every time I call, they give me a different excuse and tell me to “wait a few more days.” No one takes responsibility or follows up properly. I have been a member of this gym for over 2 years and I called the number hoping to speak to the front desk but instead I spoke with Manny Lopez. His customer service was absolutely exceptional and resolved my concern 100x better than I was expecting. He made me aware of being able to add guest privileges to my account, when I didn’t even realize that option was possible. He went above and beyond to help me and I’m so glad he was available to take my call. Thanks again Manny!
