Coach Ian is so awesome!!! I had a great time at the self defense class last night! And I learned a lot!! The gym is so clean and spacious. Its truly a top notch facility!
A really great gym. Clean, top of the line equipment, and super convenient for downtown workers. Great for newbies and experienced gym goers!
This gym is wildly underwhelming for what it could be. The gym is constantly 72-76 degrees and often times the air is completely off. There are times when the locker room (which can fit 6 people maybe) has no AC on and is 80 degrees and humid. There have been countless times where they are out of towels. Got told at 12pm there would not be towels until tomorrow morning, for a gym whose main occupants are individuals working downtown or attending school, that’s pathetic.
