This gym has been going downhill. I've been a member for years and it's never been this bad. The kids club has been shut down with no eta of reopening any time soon ( just rent an AC until it can be reopened). It's a small gym so the equipment is minimal and they currently have about 6 machines out of service. The staff does not re rack does not clean. the cleaning company is cleaning the floor and the machine with the same mops. I joined UFC Kendall about three months ago, and honestly, it’s been fantastic. I’ve been doing personal training with both Coach Melvin and Coach David, and they’re absolutely amazing at what they do. They know exactly how to push me to my limits, and I love how challenging and rewarding the workouts are. They really do kick my butt in the best way possible! I have been a member of this gym for over 4 years today I decided to invite a friend who was looking for a new gym and drove 30 minutes to use try ufc. I had payed for a extra guest but had not realized that it has ended this last week. When I asked to have my friend sing a trial pass they said they would have to charge him 15 bucks. I asked for a manager they bought me the manager Carlos who refused to make an exception or even attempted to offer him a one day pass but instead increased the day pass price to 25. I do like this gym for the 24 hours and a lot of the equipment and having access to a room when classes aren’t in session. However their AC has been messed up for months and their equipment breaks a lot and they’re usually not quick to fix it.
