It's management and maintenance team are always helpful when needed and they regularly organize social programs for occupants. There is also Wi-Fi available per apartment. The current manager of this property, Adela is full of herself and attitude sometimes sucks especially when you are requesting maintenance of things on their own property that they should handle, she will sometimes suggest that you pay for it like they don’t want to maintain it as they should. The residence does not have a gym section and you may occasionally suffer from neighbors who smoke like I did cos the vent systems are connected. Aight but if you break your key somehow, expect to pay $100 for a key basically made up of aluminum foil that’s probably made for 10 bucks

Being a student @UHCL, it's amazing there's such a participatory indication by the courses I'm enrolled in. Being here at University Forest makes it even more worthwhile.
