My son lived there four years while attending UHCL his building needed a lot of work the floors were unlevel and the office hours where not the best. They did their inspections and would say it all looked good and he had asked for things and nothing would happen. They closed up the office right as school ended and you could not find anyone to answer questions. Not helpful at all. Then after he moved out they sent him a bill that doesnt make since at all.
Brooke was a great help from start to finish! Very detailed when asked about information and was patient throughout the application process.
STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place has gone down since the last manager. At least she was helpful, this new guy has no clue whats left or right, the office staff doesn't know anything just a bunch of kids running the place. I called the office to ask about lease renewal and an RA claire was absolutely worthless and not helpful whatsoever. I found out that they have been offering $700 lease rates for new applicants yet I have been living here for 2 years and am being told I have to pay OVER $10... read more
I lived here almost 20 yrs ago, the multicultural environment there is dope. Take advantage and hang out with someone you, otherwise, wouldn't of never had a chance to. 🤙
