They need to update their policies and procedures. It is impossible to schedule with them because they demand absurdly specific things that are not standard at any normal practice. My doctor has faxed so many forms; I've faxed so many forms. I had to give up and scheduled at a clinic that functions.
ALL THESE NEGETIVE experienced you all have had my husband being treated for Cancer and the Radoligy team is amazing . MY HUSBAND had best care from Nurses and Doctors and every team that took care of him. They also treated me very well .I give them a 5 . THANKS EVERYONE 😊
The only bad thing is parking is a nightmare.
Good luck trying to call to even schedule an mri, customer service 0/10
After days trying to schedule an MRI, I went in today to have it done and they told me I was scheduled for a CT even though my doctor requested an MRI and I said MRI multiple times. The scheduling there is a disaster. Now I have to start the process all over again.
