I tripped on Christmas morning. ER visit now in the hands of UF Wound Care, from Roberta at the front desk who went above and beyond to arrange insurance and scheduling ASAP to the nurses and Dr Richard Fontanez-Aldea. The care kindness has been remarkable, now showing signs of healing which has been generated by this empathetic team. My recommendation is of the highest without reservation.
Debris by doctor, great staffing.
Very nasty,unprofessional,racist staff there.So my serpentine belt shredded and I had to pull in and park to wait on my mechanic. First one staff woman asked if I needed help and I showed her what was going on and informed her my mechanic was on the way I'm just waiting on him. She said ok and went Inside,not even 15 minutes later the police pulled up on me and I showed the officer what was going on and what I explained to the woman and showed her.
