They helped me so much with my hemorrhoids/fissure. After being in pain for months and seeing my PCP, urgent care, etc this was the first place to actually listen to me and do a thorough exam. Now I have a proper treatment plan (without needing surgery) and have already felt improvement.
They are very helpful unprofessional. The doctors and staff Care and Arthur on the examinations. The ensure that you are feeling comfortable and all questions are answered
Terrible experience at UF Health Surgical Specialists. Waited 8 weeks for an appointment, waited over an hour past my appointment time. Saw Mary Kladde and Erin Jacobson. They told me they didn't have the time to answer questions--too busy in clinic. What a despicable way to treat patients. Erin was rude and uncaring. Will not go back and I suggest everyone find a more professional medical facility that treats patients like human beings.
Front staff is extremely rude! After waiting for almost 2 hours to be called I finally went up and asked if everything was alright with my apt because the woman they had just called apt was scheduled for 15 mins after mine with the same doctor and they called her before me! The girl at the check in is just rude and can't even answer a simple question. I am frustrated because I had to wait months to even get this apt yet they can clearly over book or we wouldn't be waiting so long for our apts! As if people can just spend the... read more
