Had to get surgery and they gave us what we would be paying left over after insurance. But that was incorrect we got a surprise bill of 4 times or more than what the hospital told us. When I called them to ask what happened and try to fix the bill since it was way more then their supposed good faith estimate. They refused to help and that is why I would not go get anything done their surgical. I thought their wasnt supposed to be surprise bills but there is. Cannot praise Dr Neil Chedda / staff enough my husband received the best of care at UF Shands Gainesville FL. My husband was a referral from Gainesville VA ENT dept. ( Dr Adam Satteson) also deserves praise for recommending Dr Chedda, this has been & still is a draining horrible experience & they made the journey easier. We are not at the end of this journey, but sooo glad they're on our side. Thank God for great Doctors.
They helped me so much with my hemorrhoids/fissure. After being in pain for months and seeing my PCP, urgent care, etc this was the first place to actually listen to me and do a thorough exam. Now I have a proper treatment plan (without needing surgery) and have already felt improvement.
They are very helpful unprofessional. The doctors and staff Care and Arthur on the examinations. The ensure that you are feeling comfortable and all questions are answered
