Had great experience, I got the time of appt mixed up and they still able to get me in right away. The staffs was very friendly and doctor were great.
Had another appointment after multiple bad experiences. Arrive for 11:45a appt. Sit there for 15 mins and get told that they did not properly check me in and that they doctor went to lunch at noon because they didn't see my appt. I just drove 40 mins each way, in pain and sitting in the car will incur more pain for the rest of the day. I have to make up time for work and do it in pain. Thanks to the incompetence that is shown CONSTANTLY! DO not go here if you do not need to.
Great in and out
Heather Williams was dismissive upon sight. As she entered the room she said “dont be nervous” because my leg was shaking a lil. When i said i wasnt nervous, she said “oh it must be xcertainmedicationxx” Which i hadnt even taken and is irrelevant to my leg shaking. From then on i felt as if my discomfort and pain wasntt taken seriously. She was in there for maybe 10-12 mins and left as i was scrambling to ask questions. $25 and half hour drive each way for 12 mins of her time.
