My ER visit was awful. Chronic pain from bulging discs and 35mm kidney mass. I was told there was nothing they could do to help me. Never sent the referral needed and during a conversation with an MD, she walked away and never came back, mid conversation. I mean, the rude nature alone was horrible. I was treated like an inconvenience for even being there.
My life was saved by the UF Liver Transplant Team. The care I received for the 95 days I was in the hospital was excellent. What a difference three months and a new liver makes.
The board members and all who run this place should be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know how they sleep at night.
I took my friend to the ER after she cut off part of her finger cooking. She waited several Hours just to be brought to a room for a TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT. The doctor wasn’t even in the room, just on the computer. She could’ve stayed home for that. He then complains that he can’t see her finger. Maybe he’d be able to see it if he wasn’t looking through a web camera. He was probably in the hospital.
