Absolutely the most incompetent office staff at this office. We drove 2 hours after waiting 4 months to get my son to his appointment after being given an estimate in October verbally over the phone. When we arrived for our appointment, we were now told it would be double what we were previously quoted. Office staff told me they had it written down that they had given me this exact quote last year which is a lie as I wrote down at the time the amount they told me. I just left here was there for 2 nights and they never had a tray of food with my name on it the day nurses dont do their job they just sit around on their phones and when we ask a question it gets ignored i didnt get any hygiene stuff and they only did group once the time i was there its not helpful at all the only reason it helped me is because i had a great doctor and case worker and the talk shit about the patients right infront of us
Ive been going here for a while and they have helped me tremendously in every way. Just recently I’ve had trouble getting a medication and having to fight with insurance and the pharmacy who just wanting more and more. Shan helped me out the whole way. Without having to blow them up to get results she helped me and had my back getting my medications. Big shout out to her and everyone working up there having to deal with not only us but fighting insurances and pharmacies for us too.
Very offensive she only talked and listen to the person next to me & not me like I didn't matter 🙄👩🏿⚕️yeah and in the end 💀 shady talk not appropriate or professional yeah bro that's why I don't allow anyone in my business anymore because they can't be trusted or something not correct
