AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not waste your time or money on this place. You will deeply regret coming here. They gladly take your copay and force you to wait months for an appointment, only to deliver zero help. The attending doctors and residents operate like they are strictly forbidden from prescribing controlled substances, completely ignoring proven treatment plans you may have used successfully for years. The staff here seem unable to properly measure blood pressure and as a result, refuse to prescribe ADHD medication due to readings they claim are "too high." At home, my blood pressure is consistently normal, and I shared those readings with them, as I make a point to monitor my health closely. Their methods are improper no time to relax or breathe, improperly fitted cuffs, having to walk long distances to their office (because parking at UF Health is a challenge for employees), it’s no wonder readings might be elevated. Absolutely the most incompetent office staff at this office. We drove 2 hours after waiting 4 months to get my son to his appointment after being given an estimate in October verbally over the phone. When we arrived for our appointment, we were now told it would be double what we were previously quoted. Office staff told me they had it written down that they had given me this exact quote last year which is a lie as I wrote down at the time the amount they told me.
