They gladly take your copay and force you to wait months for an appointment, only to deliver zero help. The staff here seem unable to properly measure blood pressure and as a result, refuse to prescribe ADHD medication due to readings they claim are "too high." At home, my blood pressure is consistently normal, and I shared those readings with them, as I make a point to monitor my health closely. Their methods are improper no time to relax or breathe, improperly fitted cuffs, having to walk long distances to their office (because parking at UF Health is a challenge for employees), it’s no wonder readings might be elevated. Absolutely the most incompetent office staff at this office. We drove 2 hours after waiting 4 months to get my son to his appointment after being given an estimate in October verbally over the phone. When we arrived for our appointment, we were now told it would be double what we were previously quoted. Office staff told me they had it written down that they had given me this exact quote last year which is a lie as I wrote down at the time the amount they told me. I just left here was there for 2 nights and they never had a tray of food with my name on it the day nurses dont do their job they just sit around on their phones and when we ask a question it gets ignored i didnt get any hygiene stuff and they only did group once the time i was there its not helpful at all the only reason it helped me is because i had a great doctor and case worker and the talk shit about the patients right infront of us

Ive been going here for a while and they have helped me tremendously in every way. Just recently I’ve had trouble getting a medication and having to fight with insurance and the pharmacy who just wanting more and more. Shan helped me out the whole way. Without having to blow them up to get results she helped me and had my back getting my medications. Big shout out to her and everyone working up there having to deal with not only us but fighting insurances and pharmacies for us too.
