I would like to share that having a company that deals with mental health to be there when you need them I called a young lady 15 minutes before my appointment and she had to be downstairs within 15 minutes to get me in a wheelchair because I’m blowing a bone in my knees and she understood that and her name is Asia and she Is A CNA my heart was tight. My legs was hurting, but God sent me an angel. Thank you. Have a great day.
The staff here seem unable to properly measure blood pressure and, as a result, refuse to prescribe ADHD medication due to readings they claim are "too high." At home, my blood pressure is consistently normal, and I even shared those readings with them, as I make a point to monitor my health closely. These 1 star reviews are warranted. Ridiculous to call this place a mental health facility in any form. I went there already with a full diagnosis and was requesting a medication change and was denied medication I need to cope with my mental illness. I don’t even care enough to do reviews but this place is so awful it should only be used as a last resort for your well being.
To all the the negative comments, this is entitlement and you are in your right to say what you feel. I don't have any issues with UF Health Mental Health they worked with me on my mental health issues. The phone line is something they can work on, my office visits they has been fair to me and try to find a solution to my mental health to make it less lightly for me to develop a further mental health issue.
