Went to to pick up medical records and whoever the lady is working the front desk is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional. She is talking to every client extremely rude and even treating the person she is training so awful. This woman is a sad representation of UF and does not need to be working here. The amount of anger issues from this lady is very sad and she needs a attitude check.
