The women who answer the phone are awful!! Very rude and hang up on you! They do NOT want to do their job!!! Horrible customer service!!! They need to be fired!!!
Extremely Disappointing Experience — Do Not Recommend Shand’s Pediatric Dentistry has shown a complete lack of care for patient health, especially when a child is clearly in pain. Instead of treating the situation with urgency or compassion, concerns were brushed off and handled with indifference. Awful place. My daughter needs emergency surgery. Her Doctor sent the information and photos over, she is 6 years old, in pain and also autistic, so medication is a very limited option. And it is an emergency, yet front staff, SCHEDULING staff, has decided they dont find it an emergency, and offered to schedule her September 2027, yup almost 2 years out. I cannot thank Dr. Sorsok, Dr. Maddox, and Dr. Langford enough for the exceptional care they provided to my daughter. They relieved her pain and made sure she never felt scared throughout the process. Dr. Sorsok has a truly remarkable heart and a calming presence that made us feel completely safe and supported. We are so grateful to the entire UF team for such compassionate, outstanding care.
