Wasn't help with resolving rx issues
Doctors are good but administration is horrible. Example: Ordering bloodwork but not sending it to Quest! So unprofessional.

I absolutely love this clinic, I scheduled a meet and greet with my baby’s future pediatrician Dr. Otero, and I loved her vibe. Even the front desk including the manager. Their energy is very sweet and I can’t wait to continue care here.
0 stars. Shands is the worst. Don't ever go here !!! I can't even get my daughter some freaking cough medieicne while she is sick we been here 5 years. !!! You guys suuuuuuuuuck!!!
