I’d like to start by saying that I feel bad for the medical staff specifically because if I knew that the front desk staff in my place of business was as abysmal as the people here, I would personally have to quit. Every single time that i’ve come here i’ve had nothing but problems with the people at the front desk. Have seen the Endocrinology department here through the end of Highschool, and early College, and have always had a smooth experience. Dr. Jacobsen is just beyond wonderful, kind, and intelligent, and cannot recommend her enough.
Very unprofessional, and a huge waste of my families time they had us drive 4 hrs to see the wrong doctor to go over results that he doesn't even practice, we have made 5 trips all 10 hr round trips for absolutely nothing.
One star only because the staff themselves are lovely. To the doctor we saw today, I would give zero stars. Gaslighting doctor who would only hear what he wanted to and treated my child less than human. The doctor we saw today walked in without introducing himself, started roughly touching my kid without consent or explanation, in response to me trying to comfort her told me I needed to read an anti-anxiety book, then tried to convince me to give my child medication she was allergic to.
