This place is horrible. First time here and my child was seen by Dr. Joanna Alsharaiha. She was not attentive at all and disregarded all of my questions and concerns. The attending provider was no better. Very disappointed.
Waited 6 months for appt and they called and pushed out 6 months from the original date. Then a storm hit on new appt date, they rescheduled 6 months out. 2 weeks before that appt they call and push out 7 more months. This is a ridiculous amount of time for any child to have to wait for an appt with a neurologist.
My son and I had an appointment for his ear and everyone was so friendly. The nurse actually listened and showed concerns for my son. We are thankful for nurses like this. I left and told everyone how great my experience was. I am excited 😊 about his procedure.

Absolutely horrific. Had a scheduled appointment for our daughters rare disease with Carla Zingariello in January. We drove up from Miami the day before and spent the night in a hotel so we would not be late for our morning appointment. An hour before our appointment we received a call telling us that the supposed Dr. Carla Zingariello had called out sick. Offered us no solution except for an appointment to come back in June.
