I had made an appt back in February for my toddler’s appointment to be in JULY. I was fine with the wait. Day of appt (scheduled for 4pm), I call them at 3:30 to ask about an insurance question, and NO answer. I call again and get HUNG UP on. Anyways, I arrive, after having difficulty finding parking and walking the entire length of the hospital, to the general dentistry department at 4:14pm to check in and was told to just walk around the corner and they’d get me in. A ( stephanie ) was very rude on the line.. i tried to make my daughter an appointment. She has not been there in 2 years. When I first made the appointment, I was told that if she missed 3, she would have to wait a year. It's been 2, and I've only missed 3 because I was currently pregnant and put on Bed rest. The baby that I'm trying to schedule was already a 26 weaker baby. Stayed in the hospital 6 whole months before she ever seen the outside of the hospital.she still had 4 to 5 appointments a week so it was hard to keep ... read more

Dr. Langford made my child’s fear of dentists melt away. His incredible bedside manner made me and my son feel at ease. Everything was done with precision. We were in and out in no time. Thank you, Dr. Langford!!
