Some of the individuals employed at this place lack professionalism and isn't courteous @ all they are extremely unpleasant. I immediately picked up on a unusual setting and bad vibe from the time that I entered that place until the time I left what a relief....
Very upset with the recipient at the front desk due to insurance issues and told me that they don’t take Oscar insurance then I was trying to explain to her that I go to Shanda and I have Oscar insurance I was on ambetter and my doctor don’t take that insurance then she wanted to talk to the other receptionist about it that is wrong my son broke his hand and also don’t tell you how much this going to be which they said nobody communicate about the price and my son already had a X-ray and I told them they should’ve did anothe... read more
I have been treated for 3 separate issues here. My overall experience has been positive. I was treated with respect. Shout out to Dr Altman! He listens, makes a plan of care with your input, and is professional yet very pleasant. Also, a shout out to Dr J. Kim. Had 2 successful wrist surgeries with him. Would recommend.
Was treated badly by front desk staff. No desire to go further.
UPDATE: I appealed to insurance after the hospital blamed insurance for not approving my MRI. My health insurance said that the UF team requested an MRI of my arm (I have a foot injury) and so they denied the request. I attempted to reach out to the number in the review and was told that the Clinical Director is busy and unable to be contacted. 1 star, would not go again.
