Medical negligence, anyone? I went to this facility after a fall left me with deep, radiating pain in the upper part of my calf. The doctor failed to notice the break in my leg despite in-office X-rays, instead misdiagnosing me with a meniscus tear. I was referred for an MRI and told I may need a minor, outpatient surgery. Over the next few weeks as I waited for my MRI appointment, my injury progressed in severity to the point where I could no longer walk or bear weight on the leg. Front desk is efficient. Had to get x-rays before ortho appt & tech’s 1st remark is if I wanted to see the doctor. You don’t make appts not to see the doctor so what kind of question is this? Treatment was more like a recruit than patient & she was my company commander. After seeing how I was attempting to follow her instruction despite barking orders, she seemed to ease up on me which was more effective. It’s obvious she knows the routine but patients don’t. Believe she’s been working here too long. Can’t recommend.
Dealing with this office is exasperating. Multiple times on different occasions I’ve been told I will be called back, I never receive any calls back. Every person I speak to tells me different information. I was given names of managers who were supposed to call me back, still no call back, and when I ask about it no one knows the who’s names I was given. Absolute madness. No one knows what's going on. They gave me 3 appointments for the same consultation and never even gave me the time to show up for the procedure. They do not care about you or your time. I will be filing a complaint with the BBC and take further league action. I suggest anyone else go outside of Jacksonville if you need these services that they supposedly offer.
Worst customer service ever. The people on the phones are completely ignorant! UF fix the front of your house! Its terrible! Dr Kaye is fantastic!
