They are really caring and make sure that I'm real deal taking care of if anybody needs surgery go to Dr Porter thank y'all
So much confusion with this scheduling department. The last person I spoke with kept talking over me, which angered me, and wouldn’t make an appointment telling me that my referral was for one doctor when my insurance explicitly stated it was for another doctor. Forget them. I’ll go somewhere else.
Dr Porter Young is the best. He is compassionate kind-hearted understanding and very intelligent.. I leave the office feeling well educated on my health and with a positive outlook on my healing journey. Thanks Dr. Young and UF Health !
I really wanted to give a negative 10 to this location my daughter was told to go to get X-ray then told to return to the clinic, never saw the doctor. He walked in and said oh no to me and walked away never returned, he sent his Resident in and she was uneducated on what was going on with me. She was very demisive and not understanding to my medical needs. She was terrible and I never will return to this office ever again. Check out didn't even given me my appointment paper just handed me a parking sticker and said ok bye.
Do not go here. The office is not managed well and the wait to see a dr is over an hour. Southeast and JOI have much better run offices with no sitting all day. They took 2 X-ray patients back before me that came in 30 mins after I arrived. Not a good place with horrible parking.
