Wonderful staff! Very happy with everything!
This was my first visit after moving from another state, and I came based on a referral for my teenager’s dental care. Immediately upon entering, the facility felt chaotic and poorly managed. The waiting room was overcrowded, and the procedure area had students scattered everywhere with no visible organization. What shocked me most was the level of unprofessionalism. My daughter had to get braces, and Joslin was so nice and patient with me making the appointment.
The staffing is amazing they help reinsure my son who has cerebral palsy and had anxiety about his appointment they joked around with his talked about thinks he liked and claimed his nerves!!! The doctors are nice. It’s always clean and the receptionists are always nice and friendly especially Joslin, John and Tika!! If I could get them more stars I definitely would. They have become like family with us.
The staff at this place is so amazing and they answer all the questions perfectly. Amazing Place!
