Have been calling, leaving voicemails, submitting appointment requests online, and even emailing an email address I found for a WEEK now and can not reach a single person. Are they even open? Did everyone get fired or quit? Maybe someone needs to go over there and check on the staff because a week of not being able to reach a business like this is crazy.

I can’t recommend UF OMFS highly enough. If you’re looking for prompt, top-tier care for any oral surgery needs, this is absolutely the place to go. From start to finish, the experience was seamless. As a patient, I was a bit nervous at first, but Dr. Syed Abdul-Rahman quickly put me at ease with his gentle approach, focused care, and clear communication. Mary McGee was incredibly attentive and kind, making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. They worked beautifully as a team, and my experience was calm, reassuring, and positive. I’m truly grateful for the care and compassion they provided.

Wish I could give this place a lower rating. Wife had a referral for months that kept getting pushed off by them SINCE AUGUST! Tooth finally breaks to the point emergency surgery is needed and they won’t answer the phones or voicemail on top of being able to actually hear them pick up the phone and set it down so it goes to voicemail. Literal joke of a medical practice. Clearly based off other reviews they don’t know how to answer either. Having to drive half way across the state because of them.

I would love to be able to leave a proper review for them but they literally will NOT call me back. I can’t get ahold of anyone at the office to even make an appointment. It’s been weeks. I even call multiple times throughout the day and still no answer. How does anyone get an appt here?!
