I had an exceptional experience at UF Health Jacksonville. Dr. Daryoush Tavanaiepour, Dr. Kourosh Tavanaiepour, and Haley Anderson, PA-C, are a stellar team. They made a terrifying situation feel manageable through clear communication and expert guidance. Their compassionate approach has been vital to my healing and I highly recommend this team for anyone facing complex neurological care. Also, shouts to Talisha for being a great nurse navigator,too!!!!
I've been seeing ARNP Alexandra Moore for over a year, and could not be more pleased with the care I have received. The neuropathy I have can be fixed, and I don't blame them for what cannot be done, but I appreciate Alexandra's efforts to minimize my discomfort and keep working with me to decrease the effects it has on my life. Would recommend this service highly!
Really a waste of time visiting this office. Physical therapy and a few office visits with no change in pain. Finally tried Gabapentin, started seeing positive results pain 6-7 to 3) after a few weeks. When I had less than five days left sent the message to refill Rx at pharmacy. Since there were 0 refills left, they attempted to contact provider 2x, no response. I finally called and was notified they would not refill and referred me to a pain clinic or my primary care.
