I really have NOT been impressed with this place. I’ve been to urology and the arthritis departments for separate appointments. Urology Department: My insurance company notified me that my prescription was about to expire. I gave the urology department a month notice. They asked me to submit the paperwork via MyChart, which I did that day. I call them two week later, three weeks later, and the day before the expiration.
