Frightening mistreatment of North Campus patients who expect to receive at least reasonably proficient medical attention and concern. This horrific 'facility' should be closed-down, and the sadistic staff should face punitive prosecution for hateful, intentional negligence toward elderly helpless patients who find themselves placed there under the false guise of recovery and rehabilitation after suffering effects of debilitating illness. Took husband to ER because was unable to walk or bend knee and in extreme pain. Bad idea to go to this hospital. One hour in waiting room to check in and get an ice pack, a man came out and asked a few questions, touched my husband's knee and didn't introduce himself before they took him into an exam room. Nurse came in and took BP then took him to xray. Once back in room nurse gave him drugs for pain and a brace and we waited. Finally same man came back and found out he was actually he ED doctor, told husband nothing on xra... read more

Horrible, horrible service. I arrived early morning when it wasn’t that busy for a cough, sore throat and so fourth. They spent the whole time running tests on me because my heart rate was so high. And I told them it’s because I was sick. More waiting, and waiting. I finally get an ER room at 9’o clock at night and was told I had pneumonia and was sent home. I get hospitals are busy, but to wait almost 12 hours was ridiculous. Never going there again.
