Just bad experience after bad experience. They were terrible with my wife when she first became pregnant and caused major delays in referrals. Now they’re doing the same with me, not only that but they seriously misdiagnosed me which led to me in the hospital. I’m not entirely sure who to report this to or what sort of legal action could be taken since thankfully I ended up okay, but they could’ve gotten me killed.
I've had a few horrible experiences there. The first one was with Dr Melanie gross Hagen. I went in to go over my blood work and her first answer was, have you not been in my chart, I said sure but I don't have your credentials to read over blood work and calcium scores. I was recently diagnosed with cancer and she gave my husband issues filling out the FMLA paperwork. They actually made a copy and threw away the original my husband brought in. The worst healthcare facilities I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. Psychiatry receptionists telling me I’ll just have to go to the ER and go inpatient to get my medication refilled. Wait times over 25 minutes for them to just hang up when you finally get through. Avoid at all costs.
