Neck surgery went well. Spent 4 nights after surgery. All the staff were very friendly. And took the time to listen to you, then doing what they could do to help.
Today July 29th, 2026, I came in with my Father for his brain cancer. The front desk man is having super rude attitude maybe he had a bad day with his family at home. Then he sent my Father to see a medical assistant who called patient by last name with an attitude. It seems to me that employees at this place is not so happy with their work or supervisor or manager or pay rate.
