Ms. Kristie Brooks was AMAZING! I did not live close to the location. There was a mixup in communication between Dr. Ms. Kristie stayed on TOP of my situation until it was resolved, & I was seen! Angel she was! Plus we had some memorable laughs 🤣
The whole staff from doctors, nurses and clerks are amazing.
It’s a bit of a drive if you don’t live in Gainesville. However, the Doctors are top notch here. My father has a heart murmur and also had an artery in his neck that needed cleaning out. Nobody would touch him in Ga due to his risk under anesthesia. We came the first time for a consult with Dr. Back. Then again this April for pre-op and surgery. The pre-op was pretty much all day.
