Good luck if you are in desperate need of having a life saving medication refilled!!! I called this horrible excuse for a doctors office, 9 days ago now saying that I was about to run out of my blood thinners. And 3 times since then. I am now out of my emergency supply from the pharmacy. The woman on the phone from this "hospital", said that my prescription is just sitting in the doctors "bin" waiting on him to send it. I wasn't sure about coming here at first but after numerous visits, I'm glad I made the choice to use this office for my primary care. Check in is always quick. I've rarely have to wait long to see my Dr. The staff and nurses have always been kind and personable. Dr. Alberts is an angel! She always takes her time and is very thorough. I've never felt judged about my medical conditions. She's extremely empathtic. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She takes detailed notes which I feel is important.
