I cannot even give this place one star but it is mandatory to publish this review. If you want a bad experience, come here you will surely get that for your time. Their pathetic services did not spoil my day but looted my money. Very unprofessional and difficult to deal with. I have no idea how management could have hired such generally rude receptionists. It seems that the customer staff had been trained for the worst performance.
I have called this office for two days now requesting my results from a test that was done/given three weeks ago. I have nit received a calk back. I no longer want to continue my visits here at this location. It is very frustrating upsetting and concerning to continue to call a doc for test results. I have cancelled any further appts with this location.
