The only reason for the 2 stars is Dr. Hashimoto is a knowledgeable and friendly surgeon. As far as the rest of UF Health: it is a disappointment. They will never give you an answer, call you back like they say, nor are you ever capable of reaching a specific clinic/Dr office. You have to constantly go through a switch board. Trying to get my husband's pre op was a disaster- they waited until 4 days before to contact him.
