Dr. Nguyen is a great doctor, but UF Health overall is pretty terrible. We've moved out of state for better Healthcare optics for our disabled son. We've been requesting medical records be sent to his nw providers since 7/31 and still haven't received his records. They were able to send over partial records from 7 years ago, but nothing recent. This had delayed his medical care and his ability to start school. I do not recommend UF Health.

Charged me 200 dollars for a health and wellness check up because they didn't put the right code into my insurance. The people in Billing are rude and don't care. Then a year later they charge me 25 dollars for my health and wellness checkup even though they said I wouldn't owe any money because it's covered by my insurance.

I have had multiple negative experiences with Michelle Sterling at the front desk. My husband and I have both visited this office several times, and every single time our experience with her has been the same. She is consistently rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic courtesy. She does not greet patients when they arrive, is not welcoming, and makes even simple requests unnecessarily complicated.
