I went here because my normal primary care doctor was unavailable and I was having throat issues and needed to be seen ASAP per the front desk associate when I called to schedule an appointment. I saw Doctor Sarah Covey, not only did I get charged $50 for a visit where she did nothing but look at my throat. She failed to give me the proper medicine when I presented serious tonsil issue( she did not prescribe me any medicine at my appointment but commented on how swollen and red my throat was, she stated she felt bad for me).... read more

I have been going to Eastside for many, many years and it would take a lot for me to change providers. They are kind, attentive and make sure all my needs are met. I have never felt such kindness before.

HORRIBLE PLACE! They charged us $651.00 for a standard, first time office visit, where my daughter was supposed to see a Dr but saw a nurse instead, and for about 15 minutes total. This woman was uncaring, uneducated and unhelpful. When my daughter brought up the medication Dupixent she used to use for eczema, she said "I've never heard of it".
