I have had multiple negative experiences with Michelle Sterling at the front desk. My husband and I have both visited this office several times, and every single time our experience with her has been the same. She is consistently rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic courtesy. She does not greet patients when they arrive, is not welcoming, and makes even simple requests unnecessarily complicated. I went here because my normal primary care doctor was unavailable and I was having throat issues and needed to be seen ASAP per the front desk associate when I called to schedule an appointment. I saw Doctor Sarah Covey, not only did I get charged $50 for a visit where she did nothing but look at my throat. She failed to give me the proper medicine when I presented serious tonsil issue( she did not prescribe me any medicine at my appointment but commented on how swollen and red my throat was, she stated she felt bad for me).... read more

Still waiting for referrals after a month and three visits for my son and getting no where for his persistent diarrhea.
