Charged me 200 dollars for a health and wellness check up because they didn't put the right code into my insurance. The people in Billing are rude and don't care.
If you a new patient gotta wait months before you can schedule. Seem like they don’t have enough doctors or nurse practitioners
Let me be clear: My primary doctor, Dr. Oduntan, was great and I am blessed she took my health concerns seriously. With that said, my review is 1 star because of a HUGE mismanagement. I am pregnant and my doctor believes I have a disease to which would make my pregnancy high-risk aka this was/is still an emergency situation. The appointment was scheduled, and the time was perfect. The doctors and nurses were very attentive and understood my needs. They made me feel like they carried.
