If you a new patient gotta wait months before you can schedule. Seem like they don’t have enough doctors or nurse practitioners
Let me be clear: My primary doctor, Dr. Oduntan, was great and I am blessed she took my health concerns seriously. With that said, my review is 1 star because of a HUGE mismanagement. I am pregnant and my doctor believes I have a disease to which would make my pregnancy high-risk aka this was/is still an emergency situation. Don't help to wait long to see your doctor work with you listen to you and explain short to you for under standing!!!
The appointment was scheduled, and the time was perfect. The doctors and nurses were very attentive and understood my needs. They made me feel like they carried.
Yes, I had a doctor that left the practice at this facility. I still had refills on medication. Apparently they took all my refills off of my medication. Doesn’t make sense if I have refills for seeing the doctor there when the doctor leaves, they take all your refills off so they don’t even give you a chance to schedule with another doctor. They just cut all your medication off so you have to go find another doctor as soon as possible. This is not good business for disestablishment, I give him hands-down they take care of y... read more
