Make too many mistakes staff is very rude and disrespectful
Charged me 200 dollars for a health and wellness check up because they didn't put the right code into my insurance. The people in Billing are rude and don't care.
If you a new patient gotta wait months before you can schedule. Seem like they don’t have enough doctors or nurse practitioners
Let me be clear: My primary doctor, Dr. Oduntan, was great and I am blessed she took my health concerns seriously. With that said, my review is 1 star because of a HUGE mismanagement. I am pregnant and my doctor believes I have a disease to which would make my pregnancy high-risk aka this was/is still an emergency situation.
