Do not recommend! The entire office staff is rude. My primary care physician is ebony I have never seen her.. the entire 3 years I had been with this clinic. I have only seen ms Kaeley manjitt and she doesn’t listen fully to your concerns, she is very stand offish and rude. I have tried stick with them because they are close to home but they really need new staff and providers. If I could give this practice 0 stars I would! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a doctors. My appointment was at 8:40 and after an hour I still had not been seen. I spoke with the Office Manager Cheryl and she was absolutely no help whatsoever. She told me instead of seeing me the Doctor did a virtual visit instead she wasn’t sure why this happened but there was nothing she could do and that I would have to continue to wait even longer for the doctor. DR. KAELEY IS SO RUDE SHE ASKED ME A QUESTION AND SHE KEPT CUTTING ME OFF BEFORE I CAN ANSWER THE QUESTION.. SHE REFUSED TO REFER 2 OF MY PRESCRIPTIONS SHE SENT MY REFERRAL TO THE WRONG INSURANCE COMPANY.. This review is to the service of a staff member, not of Dr. Pratt. I’ve been a patient to Dr. Pratt for well over 7 years and Dr. Pratt is a wonderful doctor but the new staff PARTICULARLY the unprofessional, unpleasant, rude, temperamental, neck rolling, zero respect giving, client specialist TAMARA, needs to be in a paper filing position or cleaning bathrooms.
