Negative 100 stars I went there today after severe concussion where ct scan and two prior DO stated 10% vision loss . I was given a drastic prescription change . I go here today to make sure the medical side of my ophthalmology is okay and nothing was damaged and told I have dry eyes and the prescription I have had for years and the contacts I’ve had for years are a joke . How can you make an appointment for 9 am, arrive, and then told you need to wait 2-3 hours??? This has happened at least three times. Then they offer another appointment day! So I have to drive 40 minutes again??? Unprofessional.
