They did not even return my call for an appointment. Just lousy.
I had a appointment on 10/8/25 and in the exam room the optometrist said that he had to check the measurement/ lensometry of my glasses so I removed them and he exited the room for a while when he arrived back with my eye glasses I immediately noticed when putting them back on that it's now making a loud annoying crackling sound on both sides of the front hinges and the arms feel loose, I'm not sure what that guy did to my glasses but it's not good and my glasses aren't the same, patients should be present while the measurem... read more
Dr. Yancy and the team were able to fit me for multi-focal toric contacts. I am from Colorado and couldn't find any docs there who fit multi-focal lenses with astigmatism. Dr. Yancy and the team were so thorough and knowledgeable. They explained everything to me; they took the time to make sure the lenses fit and the prescription was perfect. I am so happy with my new lenses and the care I received at UF Health Eye Center - The Oaks!
I had a profoundly disappointing experience with this center. From the very beginning, I was forced to go through unnecessary obstacles—first being told I must obtain a referral letter from my physician, which caused significant delays while I waited for the paperwork to reach them. Even after fulfilling that requirement, I was met with more delays and inefficiency.
