Everyone we encountered with from check-in to checkout was SO friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and that my concerns/questions were addressed. The coffee shop was a hit as well And delicious! Thank you to the UF health team
The staff has been wonderful. My dad had an appointment at 10:30 this morning. When we arrived they said the dr was an hour behind. At 11:30 we were taken back and yet another hour later we still haven’t received treatment. I am beyond aggravated at the fact that there is so little concern for peoples lives. I had taken half the day off from work and looks like I should have taken the whole day off just to sit and wait. I run my own business and if ran my business this way I would have no customers!!!
