By far one of the worst facilities I've ever been to. They will lie to you and mislead you.

My first visit made me miss the center I went to before moving. Everything was safe,extremely clean, professionally handled without question and will go back without hesitation. But, my doc didn’t go over the results with me or my loved one. Still hasn’t. They were by no means generous with the warm blankets. And no snacks or juice after? A little bit of nice goes a long way for patient comfort especially for this event and for those of us doing this more often than most.
I had a very positive experience at the UF Health Endoscopy Center. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with kindness and professionalism at the front desk. Every nurse and doctor who assisted me throughout the process of my colonoscopy was caring, attentive, and highly professional. I truly felt well taken care of. Excellent attention and outstanding service at every step. I highly recommend this center.
I had never had a colonoscopy before, and I was prepared for the worst. Instead, thanks to the kindness and proficiency of the staff, it was a genuinely pleasant situation. I was spoken to in a warm manner, was informed at every step, and question politely to make sure I understood every step. So far as the procedure itself, I don't know. Was having a chat with the anesthesiologist, and suddenly I was in another room, being prepped to leave. Very nicely buzzed.
