Great service and very professional. The whole team treated my Mother very well and were really involved in her evaluation.
Went in for flu like symptoms and a sore on my tongue that’s gotten worse over the last two weeks. The nurse who did my intake took longer than the one who examined me, pushed on my throat and forehead and asked if that hurt, told me”it’s viral” if it’s not better in 10days come back. No thanks, it’s already been 10days, I clearly have some kind of infection and they didn’t look at my tongue at all. Not to mention their swabbing techniques need massive improvement, it should not be painful when swabbed for COVID.
My most recent visit here obliterated whatever trust I had in this facility. I've been here once before and found them to be quick, efficient, and caring. On my most recent visit, they were anything but. There was barely any communication and my diagnosis was little more than a "I guess this is what's happening." For those who work here: I'd highly recommend picking a better place to discuss whether a patient is a "drug seeker" or not than the hallway directly outside of a room with an open door.
