It took them over 3 months to call me back just to get scheduled. When they did call me back the "inital convo line" was NOT OK to say to a parent. We received a referral for developmental pediatrics, are you concerned about Autism? Um isn't that what a developmental pediatrician is for, to diagnose? Why would I, as a parent, diagnose or assume? There are better ways to address a parents concerns than that. "What are your concerns?, etc..."

I recently saw Dr. Dial, and I’ll admit I was a little unsure what to expect after reading some of the Google reviews. However, my experience was a good one. Dr. Dial is very stern and straightforward—if you can’t take constructive criticism, he might not be the doctor for you, but I appreciated his honesty. We were also joined by Chanel, who was incredibly informative and helpful when it came to discussing autism. Her insight made the visit even better. Overall, I was satisfied with our appointment. Finally after months of waiting to be seen by a neuro developmental pediatrician. We were scheduled to see Dr Rohan dail. Af first I was very skeptical with my 3yr old son because he was having one of those days but he sat through the ADOS test and we waited to see Dr dail. We've had a very positive experience at UF Health Developmental Pediatrics. The therapists and experts and Dr. Dial have all gone out of their way to give our daughter and us the time and attention needed to address her needs. It is obvious to me that every member of this team deeply cares about children and wants the best for them, and I'm grateful.
